How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to Settings or the paywall screen, and tap "Restore Purchase". Your lifetime access will be restored automatically.

What file formats does Mochi support?

Mochi supports photos (JPG, PNG) of handwritten or printed notes, and PDF documents. You can upload up to 3 images or 1 PDF at a time.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't store your original uploaded files — text is extracted, then the file is discarded. Your notes and flashcards are stored securely and tied to an anonymous ID.

Can I use Mochi offline?

Your existing notes, flashcards, and quizzes are available offline. Generating new content requires an internet connection for AI processing.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Mochi is a one-time purchase with no subscription to cancel. For refunds, contact Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) through their respective app store.
